Part One Of The Celebrations...

WOW! We have had a busy few days. My parent's arrived on Friday night. They spent the week in Canada, and stopped back by on their way home. It was good to see them even if it was just for one full day (Saturday). We didn't do that much because my mom wasn't feeling well, and Justin was really tired, but we were able to get the things done that my mom wanted to do. The girls were able to go to a birthday party for a friend while my mom and I ran errands. They had a great time at Candy Town, and came home with TONS of candy!!
Saturday evening we celebrated Tegan's birthday with my parent's. We made a cake, and she opened her presents. She thought it was great to get to open some presents before her actual birthday. She got a game for her leapster, an outfit, and a sweater. Scout was also able to open her present from my parent's. I figured it would be okay since it is only 3 weeks away. She got one of those reader pens. It reads the book for your child. Scout, and Tegan both love it. Thanks Mom and Dad for the gifts, and the fun weekend!!

Sunday my parents left, and we went to church. After church we all came home and slept. We were exhausted from the weekend, and we all needed the rest. It was a great weekend, and I was so glad to spend time with my family.
