A couple of days ago my friend Susan called and said that her daughter Lucy wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese with her friend Tegan so we set up a time, and we went Yesterday. Tegan was so excited to go, and she was even more excited to see Lucy. Tegan had a great time, Scout on the other hand, not so much!:( The band scared her, Chuck scared her, and all of the little rides scared her). She was definitely in a strange mood yesterday. Oh well, Tegan played, and played, and played until we ran out of Tokens, and it was time to head home. After 2 hours we decided we had had enough, and it was nap time for the little ones. It really was a fun day, and we are glad that we went. Thanks Susan for asking us!!
I just had to show these pictures. Tegan is sitting all nice getting her picture taken, and then notice the fit that Scout is throwing. She was screaming because she didn't want to be sitting on the ride.
We don't want to be TOO excited!! I just thought her expression in both of these pictures was priceless.Scout wouldn't even get in and play with the balls so this is where she stood just watching the other kids. You would have thought that we were torturing the poor girl with how she acted while we were there. I just have to be patient with her because I know this is just her personality. She takes after me in so many ways, and she doesn't like new things.
When we got home Scout went down for a nap, and I ran to the store to get stuff for the pasta salad I had to make for Justin's jeep club BBQ. We just relaxed the rest of the afternoon until it was time to go to that.

That is too cute! It's so fun to see the different personalities of your girls... Blake and Kyle are also different in so many ways! Glad you had a fun weekend! Call you tomorrow!
Hey are those the bows I made for the girls that Tegan is wearing in her hair.
We took our girls there on New Year's Eve. Dejah had a blast, Mycah had a pretty good time as long as she didn't have to go on any rides. Funny.
My Hannah was the same as Scout for the longest time. She did NOT do well in new situations. Then last year we put her in preschool and she suddenly turned into Ms. Personality who now loves to go new places and see new things. She use to be more my personality and now she definitely acts like her dad in a lot of ways. What a nice mom you are....we try to avoid Chuck E. Cheese at all costs.
