We had a good 4th of July even though we all missed Tegan so much. It was weird not having her with us. Scout has really missed her, and a couple of times that day got so upset she started crying. Even though Tegan wasn't with us we decided that we would have a fun day and make it nice for Scout. We went to the parade, and Brad and McCall met us there. I love parades, and we had a good time. After the parade we were hungry so we went to Qudoba for lunch. Being out of town all week, and then leaving for the weekend didn't leave me much time to go to the store so we didn't have any fun BBQ or anything we just had to eat out. After lunch we came home for awhile, and then we headed to the Park. They had a bunch of bouncy things, face painting, tattoos, a climbing wall, food for 50 cents, and free water. It was perfect. We let Scout do whatever she wanted to do, and we got some treats to enjoy. When it started to get dark we went back to our spot on the grass, and Justin and Scout tossed the ball around. Before the fireworks even started Scout had fallen asleep. It was alright because I think she would have been scared of the noise. The fireworks were great, and the day was great! We missed our Tegan, but we had a great day together as a family!
